  • Order processing times. After an order is placed, it takes 1-3 business days to get it ready to ship? Excluding weekends and/or holidays. Cutoff times for processing orders (Orders received after 5pm will be processed the next business day).
  • Domestic and international shipping options.  Domestic shipping will be sent by Royal Mail tracking, unless otherwise stated. EU/International shipping will be sent by Parcel Force. Please contact us directly if you are uncertain of shipping cost on the item you wish to purchase. Buyers are responsible for any import taxes and or customs fees that may incur.

  • Shipping costs.  Domestic prices for small packages up to 2kg  £5.99 and medium 2kg- £6.69 and up to 10kg £10.49.  EU/International shipping Up to 5kg small £7.90- £16.45. Large up to 10kg £16.45-£20.45.  Any price differences based on weight/quantities or increases by the local dispatch service may affect the prices listed here.   • Potential service interruptions. Orders may take longer to arrive due to variables outside of your control. This could be due to industrial strikes or public closure. 
  • Order tracking details. In most cases you will receive a copy of your customer tracking information which has links to follow with guidance on who to contact in case of any lost packages.
